Projects in Europe

Specify the country and venue type. Applicable product standards, local review procedures and document language need to be assessed for the selected equipment and destination. Agree shipping, import and installation responsibilities before placing an order.

Projects in the United States

Include the state, city and intended venue use in your enquiry. ASTM scope depends on the equipment type; a product or production-control document does not replace all local approvals. Clarify layout, access, installation and inspection needs with the project stakeholders.

Projects in Türkiye

For shopping centres, independent play centres, hotels or other commercial venues, discuss site conditions and the venue operator’s requirements. Confirm unloading arrangements, permitted installation hours and document expectations early.

Define the international quotation

Confirm the delivery address, equipment schedule, packaging, delivery terms, currency, transport, import responsibilities and site preparation. Ask whether taxes, customs costs, local permits or inspections are included. Delivery dates can only be agreed once design, production and shipping scope are established.
